The simplest solution is to automate the transfer process, i.e. to read the transfer documents using the latest OCR technology (= Optical Character Recognition) and thus extract all relevant data. The data is reliably captured by fintract OCR (for example, in the course of the photo transfer) and transferred to your system as structured data via a REST API interface to execute the transfer.
